- Sellers are expected to provide good quality products or else other decisions will be taken.
- Sellers are requested to give proper return policy period.
- Sellers can not contact the customer directly.
- Sellers can not misuse the contact , address or any personal information of the customer.
- Sellers are not suppose to share the details with anyone.
- Sellers are expected to follow the upcoming festivals sales accordingly.
- INSH will take 8% of the amount , eg – if a seller wanted to sell the product of ₹100 then after the return policy period is over amount of ₹92 will be transferred into the sellers bank account.
- If the customer returns the product due to different item received (colour , product , size , style , design etc) or damaged product received then the courier charges will be bared by the seller. If the Customer did not like the product or the quantity is not as expected then the charges for the return will not be bared by the seller
