Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Insh (Insh.in). We take great pride in the quality of our products. Because each item is carefully curated, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

Please read the following terms carefully to understand our process.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

At Insh, we only offer returns or exchanges in the event that a product arrives damaged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," size preferences (please refer to our size guides), or slight color variations due to screen settings.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Reporting a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate the process:

Send an email to our support team (or use our contact form at Insh.in).
Include your Order Number.
Attach clear photos and/or a short video showing the damage to the product and the packaging it arrived in.

3. Verification Process

Once we receive your request and the supporting evidence:

Our quality control team will review the claim.
If approved, we will offer you a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to the unavailability of a replacement for a damaged item:

The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Shipping Costs

Insh will bear the shipping costs for returning a verified damaged item and sending out its replacement.
Unauthorized returns sent back to us will not be processed and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
